We are now seeking a driven, results-oriented Field Sales Representative to help expand our business by targeting new commercial clients across Ireland. If you are a natural salesperson, highly motivated, and eager to earn a high income, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with uncapped potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Actively prospecting and cold-calling potential clients in industries such as joineries, hotels, pubs, restaurants, facility management companies, Interior Designers and estate agents
* Generating leads and scheduling meetings with business owners, managers, and decision-makers* Building strong relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions
* Attending site visits, providing professional consultations, and preparing quotes
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets with the full support of our marketing and operations teams
* Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new sales techniques

Who We’re Looking For:

* A natural salesperson with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills – confident in presenting to clients * * A self-motivated go-getter who thrives on chasing new business opportunities
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
* Previous B2B sales experience is highly desirable, but we’re open to highly driven candidates from other backgrounds
