Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team and the successful candidate will report directly to the Leadership Team.

This is a stand-alone role for the company and the position is based primarily in our Midleton site with a willingness to travel to execute sales for our Carrick-on-Suir site. If you are looking for an opportunity to take on a new and exciting new role, we would be delighted to hear from you.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Leadership Team.

• Help identify new business opportunities, including growth areas and emerging markets.
• Execute door to door sales with a strong focus on new estates.
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.
• Generate leads and cold call potential customers and businesses.
• Manage existing social media accounts and develop new social media strategies.
• Drive sales and win new business opportunities for the group.
• Understand the company’s growth needs.
• Work with finance, collection and transport teams.
• Execute and achieve targets set by the company.
• Creating your own sales opportunities: cold canvassing in businesses and in residential areas.
• Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers and generating referrals from existing clientele.
• Ensure management receives feedback.

The suitable candidate should have the following:

• 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role is preferential.
• Exceptional motivation skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• The capacity to analyse sales figures and generate reports for the Leadership team.
• Team player and work on your own initiative.
• Experience in digital marketing on a number of social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Salary: From €28,080 per annum + high uncapped commission.
