Field Sales Representative (M/F/D) In Poland

Location: home-office based in Poland, covering a defined sales region

Your Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new OEM and MRO customers in the assigned region
• Proactively identify and acquire new OEM and MRO customers within your sales region
• Drive business development and promote our solutions in the field of drive technology
• Conduct technical product trainings and engaging presentations for customers
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and internal/external sales events
• Plan and manage customer visits and sales tours independently
• Act as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination

Your Profile:

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Additional technical qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the drive or power transmission industry (experience in the chain market is a strong asset)
• Energetic, self-motivated personality with a passion for sales and customer acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident, professional appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages (German is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
