Field Service Technician - Customer Service - Electrification And Automation

We are looking for a Field Service Technician committed to MV Breakers (Vacuum) and switchgears AIS/GIS, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the EA area.

Your Challenge

As Junior Field Service Technician your mission will be to perform routine, extraordinary maintenance activities at our customers' premises:

Some of the main activities will be:

• Routine and extraordinary maintenance of medium-voltage withdrawable circuit breakers with vacuum technology at our customers' premises
• Routine and extraordinary maintenance of medium-voltage switchboards with air and gas insulation at our customers' premises
• Multi-function electrical testing of protective relays
• Supervision of medium-voltage switchgear installations with air or gas isolation technology

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• experience as a field service technician in the field of medium voltage (MV circuit breakers and switches, protective relay testing).
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair troubleshooting, workshop operations and testing of assigned programs / hardware (electromechanical repair and maintenance of medium voltage air and gas circuit breakers)
• Technical high school diploma or Bachelor's/master’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Eligibility to work in Italy
