DESIGNATION : [Lee Kim Alliance] Finance Assistant (Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and settlement of funds
- Financial Management System Operations (Xero, etc.)
- Billing, customer care and consultation, collection, and collection
- Other management and support tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a recognized four-year university (local or overseas preferred)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability preferred
OTHER INFORMATION
ㅇ Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time (3-months of training)
- Location: Singapore (Near Somerset MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
ㅇ Preferred Experience
- Candidates with prior overseas work experience
- Office professionals with 2-3 years of relevant experience
ㅇ Welfare Benefits
- 14 days of annual leave (1 additional day per year, up to 21 days after one year of service)
- Half-day work on the last Friday of each month (4 hours)
