Finance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Utilize financial software to manage data entry and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
