Finance Assistant

• Setup and maintain customers in the system, ensuring current and accurate details at all times
• Create pricing agreements in the system and update as necessary
• Setup related sales order, sales invoice, and purchase orders for royalty fee, technical service fee, semen and breeder transactions
• Handle payment applications and review of AR ageing, including customer reconciliation
• Book accruals for royalty revenues that are not yet invoiced and for expenses that are not yet paid for
• Raise transaction journal entries as necessary
• Provide reconciliation of related sales, receivables, expense and accrual accounts
• Prepare and upload MPE report
• Prepare accurate IAS41 report for global submission
• Engage in other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required from time to time

• Graduate of an Accounting course
• With at least 3 years of work experience in Invoicing and Accounts Receivable function under a computerized accounting setup;
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Willingness to adopt hybrid work set up with work hours 44 work hours a week
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounting certifications an advantage
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft D365 an advantage
