Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee bookkeeping activities and maintain precise financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify data integrity across financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to support organizational objectives
- Perform risk analysis and contribute to risk management strategies to safeguard assets
- Support investment activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial transactions
- Lead or assist in process improvements within the finance department
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting, corporate finance, or related financial services roles
- Strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis
- Experience with investment analysis and financial planning is preferred
- Leadership experience or ability to lead projects within the finance department is advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
