Finance Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the initial implementation of overseas business plans and company establishment.
• Be responsible for the accounting operations of overseas business, ensuring accurate and timely daily bookkeeping or review of accounting entries.
• Support the establishment of accounting systems for overseas subsidiaries.
• Assist leadership in completing month-end financial closing, including the accrual of taxes and various expenses, and managing the opening and closing of accounts.
• Take responsibility for the standalone financial statements of overseas companies, monitoring key accounting indicators such as inventory and accounts receivable.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and coordinate with customers and suppliers to complete account verification.
• Assist leadership in completing annual financial audits and the disclosure of accounting information.
• Participate in optimizing overseas accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); preference will be given to candidates with experience in listed companies or group enterprises.
• 5-8 years of financial work experience (including at least 3-5 years of accounting experience), with proficiency in financial software (experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consumer goods companies expanding overseas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to maintain smooth communication with overseas subsidiary accountants or external bookkeeping teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and a clear personal career plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,632.53 - $97,105.84 per year
