Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Finance Business Partner leads HCCH’s management reporting and dashboard initiatives. This role ensures the accuracy of all financial models and reports, while developing and analyzing management reporting requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing variances, trends, and financial results to support strategic decisions. The position requires strong proficiency in conceptualizing, creating, and interpreting reports based on business needs.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Timely Management Reporting

• Create weekly/monthly departmental and COE reports with year-over-year and target comparisons, including Run Rate analysis.
• Provide actionable insights on performance highlights.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track and review financial KRAs, recommending metric improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports and dashboards.

B. Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Collaborate with HCCH departments and subsidiaries to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead preparation of business cases with requesting units.
• Support M&A and partnership analysis with Strategy & Transformation.
• Coordinate data requirements with IT for dashboard implementation.

C. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Assist in preparing budget presentations and recommend standard content.
• Support review of business cases and provide insights for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Assist in overall budgeting and outlook activities.
• Develop and enhance planning and analysis templates/reports.

D. Other Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and information packages to departments.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and assist with related tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controls & Analysis Head.
