About the role We're rolling out full-time & internship opportunities for professional and highly motivated finance executives. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, spoken and written English proficiency, problem-solving and mathematical skills with an understanding of the workflows for creative projects and compliance requirements. They will be responsible for ensuring collections and payments are balanced to maintain good cash flows and aid in strong financial decision-making. With the diverse nature of clients at Matar Media, we assure them an exceptional platform to gain important skills plus the satisfaction of solving issues of fundamental ambiguities in the creative industry. Roles & Responsibilities Familiarizing themselves with all products and services offered by our company. Maintaining books of accounts on companies used software Generating invoices and estimates for use by other teams and working on improving the collection turnaround. Managing compliance timelines and coordinating with partners for ensuring that the company meets all regulatory requirements Maintaining a system for keeping cash flows in check and ensuring the payments to vendors are made out in time Building a financial model and structures for financial decision making Preparing cost structures for various verticals and creating algorithms for pricing calculators for various services that the company offers Creating and working on processes to reduce the financial turnaround of data and payments. Being data and conversion-driven, and constantly thinking about how to use tools, dashboards to make their lives easier. Being able to coordinate with the team using tools like Slack, Notion, sheets and other tools. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication. Must have versatile knowledge of bookkeeping and compliances fundamentals. Good Mathematical and logical abilities and a strong understanding of data. Good knowledge of Google sheets, MS Office, Accounting software and similar tools. The ability to troubleshoot problems and perform under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
