Finance Manager or Finance Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager or Finance Head to oversee our company’s financial health and ensure sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and guiding management in making sound business decisions. This role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of accounting and financial principles

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management.
• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-reduction strategies, and profitability improvements.
• Implement and maintain financial policies, controls, and systems to safeguard assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
