Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing meaningful insights to senior management
• Apply advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of all planning processes
• Leverage experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry dynamics to enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic planning

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and emerging trends
• Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages that drive informed business decisions
• Analyze financial performance across all business segments, identifying risks and opportunities while presenting actionable recommendations
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to create impactful visualizations and insights
• Create compelling executive-level presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Ensure all reporting adheres to accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Business Partnership

• Collaborate effectively with business units to gather inputs for financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness
• Partner strategically with operations, marketing, and sales teams to evaluate new initiatives and investment opportunities, providing critical financial insights
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to department heads and project managers
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights for diverse stakeholder groups
• Build consensus across departments through collaborative approach and strong influencing skills

Strategic Financial Advisory

• Support high-impact strategic initiatives and projects by offering detailed financial analysis and guidance on profitability, cost control, and resource allocation
• Assist in developing long-term financial strategies, including capital expenditure planning and comprehensive investment analysis
• Contribute to strategic planning processes and business case development
• Manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity
• Leverage ERP systems and financial planning software to support strategic decision-making processes

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
