Finance Manager (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations of the organization, ensure the integrity of financial reports, and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making
• Optimize resource allocation, align financial strategies with business objectives and drive financial performance
• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Conduct variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and coordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Oversee cash flow projections and manage working capital to ensure liquidity, monitor accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash management
• Provide financial data and support strategic initiatives, and assist in pricing strategies and cost analysis to enhance profitability
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for financial matters with government agencies, banks, and other external partners

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
• At least 5 years experience in a finance role in a multinational company; 2 years of which in a Managerial capacity
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/QuickBooks /Business Central) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Experience in the construction materials industry is an advantage
• Amenable to work in Taguig and do occasional travel for meetings or audits

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
