Finance Operations Manager - Healthcare

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Financial Operations Manager to oversee and execute financial operations, with a strong focus on claims and reimbursement processing. This role will be responsible for improving the integrity, efficiency, and automation of financial operations within the healthcare claims space. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of process optimization, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims & Reimbursement Processing: Manage and execute financial operations, particularly the processing of claims and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Process & System Improvements: Drive process improvements and system enhancements for healthcare claims operations, with an emphasis on automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting Tools Development: Develop and enhance reporting tools within the Hive Portal to track and manage hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive financial reports for internal review, offering insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team focused on claims processing, ensuring the team meets departmental and company-wide objectives. Provide coaching and support to achieve team goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across healthcare, finance, and product functions to integrate new systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in financial operations, claims management, or systems integration is required. Experience in healthcare is not mandatory, but a plus.
  • Healthcare Claims Knowledge: Ability to navigate and comprehend healthcare claims processes. Prior healthcare experience is a bonus but not necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Strong track record in deploying business process improvements, ideally with a focus on automation and system integration.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with process automation and system integrations. Ability to independently devise solutions without heavy reliance on product development teams.
  • Mindset: Results-driven with an ownership mentality and a growth mindset. Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present findings.
  • Team Player: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for Innovation: A strong interest in driving innovation within the healthcare sector, particularly in the financial operations and claims management space.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
