Finance / Accounting Staff - Project Based

Provide accounting support to finance department. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Organize financial records, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
• Can start immediately
• Open for a Project Based Contract for 3 months
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan
• Salary range: 20,000 to 23,000
• Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
