Financial Advisor Unit Head

Helps clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice on insurance products and financial planning strategies. They assess clients' financial needs, develop personalized plans, and manage their insurance portfolios to ensure optimal coverage and investment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Meeting with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
  • Financial Planning: Developing customized financial plans that may include investment recommendations, insurance coverage strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Providing expertise on various insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and property insurance.
  • Portfolio Management: Managing clients' insurance portfolios, ensuring optimal coverage and investment performance.
  • Compliance: Adhering to all applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Communication: Clearly and concisely explaining complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Market Research: Staying current with industry trends and financial market changes.

Skills:

  • Financial Planning: Strong understanding of financial planning principles and techniques.
  • Insurance Product Expertise: Knowledge of different insurance products and their applications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and make sound recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address clients' financial challenges.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Skills to build and maintain client relationships and effectively sell insurance products.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Retirement Planning: Helping clients develop strategies for saving for retirement.
  • Estate Planning: Assisting clients with planning for the transfer of assets and minimizing estate taxes.
  • Long-Term Care Planning: Advising clients on insurance and planning for long-term care needs.
  • Risk Management: Helping clients identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Investment Strategies: Recommending appropriate investment strategies based on clients' risk tolerance and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 10 years (Required)
  • Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Retail management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Location:

  • Cebu City (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)

Work Location: In person
