Financial Analyst Ii (Hybrid)

As an FP&A, you will:

• Perform costs allocations and prepare monthly Profit and Loss Report for the Clients
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast
• Identifying cost-cutting opportunities and areas for improvement
• Track, analyze and evaluate financial activities
• Act as Master Loader for system-related tasks relevant to month-end closing and budgeting
• Prepare adhoc reports required by the Management
• Prepare budgets for various departments and the Company as a whole
• Support the Planning & Analytics team in obtaining financial data from various sources and translating them into meaningful reports

Qualifications:

• An independent worker
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• Strong Analytical & Communication skills
• Data-driven
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel
• Has a strong background on Finance related fields
• BPO Finance experience is preferred
