Financial Controller

Join Siteserv, Inc., a dynamic and fast-growing organization, as our next Financial Controller! We're looking for a confident and experienced leader to drive financial strategy, lead the finance team, and ensure full compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the finance team, including accountants and bookkeepers
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensure local tax compliance, regulatory filings, and audit readiness
- Improve processes and support the company's scaling operation
- Collaborate with top leadership on financial planning and strategy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or controllership
- Strong knowledge of accounting principle, cash flow, taxation, financial planning, and reporting
- Experience leading and building high-performing teams
- Familiar with Philippine tax laws, labor compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in Xero and MS Excel
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
