You’ll begin by supporting our Financial Advisors with administrative and client service functions and evolve into a client-facing sales role with increased earning potential and career growth.

About You
- You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written), and can confidently engage in professional communication in both languages.

- You are highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple administrative and service tasks.
- You are licensed (or in the process of becoming licensed) in Life and Accident & Sickness (LLQP).
- You are excited to build your knowledge and skills in financial services — especially in Life & Health Insurance and Segregated Funds.
- You are interested in developing a long-term career path toward becoming a Financial Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Licensed Administrator Duties
- Meet with clients in-person, virtually, or by phone to complete sales applications based on Financial Advisors’ recommendations.
- Monitor insurance applications in underwriting and follow up with clients for required documentation.
- Proactively review client files and communicate policy updates.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, client file management, and provide administrative support to Advisors.
- Monitor the group email inbox and ensure timely follow-up and client communication.
Phase 2: Professional Development & Growth
- Receive coaching and mentorship from senior Financial Advisors.
- Develop product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
- Begin taking on select sales responsibilities as your confidence and expertise grow.
What You Absolutely Must Bring
True Bilingual Fluency – English & French
This position requires strong bilingual fluency — spoken and written — in both languages. You must be able to:
- Write professional correspondence and client documentation in both French and English.
- Hold client meetings and phone calls without reliance on translation tools.
- Clearly and accurately translate concepts between languages.

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — fluency will be assessed live during the hiring process.
- Active Life and A&S licenses (LLQP), or currently studying to complete LLQP (priority given to licensed applicants).
- 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance administration, client service, or related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce) is an asset (training provided).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work full-time on-site at our Orléans office.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary of $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus and RRSP contribution potential based on performance
