Finish Roller Operator

Parsons Paving Ltd. is looking to hire a reliable, energetic and experienced Finish Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team for the 2025 season. As a Finish Asphalt Roller Operator, you will be integral to the paving process, ensuring smooth and even asphalt surfaces.

Must have a valid driver's licence and WHMIS 2015 training. Must also be willing to perform other labor duties as required. 2 years experience preferred.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions is required.

Wages are based on experience.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
