Fire Safety Customer Service Representative

The Fire Safety Coordinator will focus on providing superior customer service to our clients within a very fast paced environment. The position will report to the Fire Safety Manager and will work closely with the other Fire Safety Coordinator. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch.

Core Duties:

• Take lead on incoming calls.
• Assist in overseeing Fire Safety emails, Maintenance Issues report and Service Technician’s scheduling.
• Create service tickets/work orders.
• Schedule confirmations.
• Review & send daily Fire Safety Reports.
• Liaison between Salespeople and Service Technicians.
• Inside sales/service repair quotes.
• Back up scheduling.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Related post-secondary education or equivalent education and combined experience.
• 2 to 3 years in a similar type of position in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous scheduling experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability working within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP system is an asset.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Advanced knowledge in Customer Service requirements as per fire alarm systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities including diffusing difficult situations.
• Clear criminal record.

The pay for this position will be based on education and experience.
