Fish Processor / General Operative

We are looking for a general operative/ fish processor for our seafood production site in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Previous food production experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Experience in a fish or meat processing facility/shop is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong and physically fit to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team, learn and follow instructions
• Knife handling skills (ideally, but training is provided)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Duties:

• Preparing orders for delivery, including icing, lifting, packing.
• Ensuring minimal wastage during portioning, skinning, boning and other processes.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and sanitary factory environment.

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
