Gym PT Sales Executive

Luxury Boutique Fitness Studio | Full-Time

We are seeking a polished, confident, and sales-driven PT Sales Exec/ Asst Manager to represent our luxury fitness brand. This is a pure direct sales role for someone who understands premium service, knows how to build trust quickly, and can close with professionalism and conviction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for converting warm leads and member interest into personal training sales, as well as managing recurring sales opportunities for current members. This includes renewals, extensions, and package ascensions through short, high-impact sales conversations.

This role is entirely communication-based for arrangements.
No service delivery of fitness training sessions required.
No need to self-source for leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness sales consultations and PT package closes
• Manage recurring sales for existing members, including renewals, extensions, and upgrades
• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience aligned with our luxury brand
• Build rapport quickly and confidently guide clients toward the right PT package
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle

Compensation

• Base Salary provided
• Commission-based earnings
• Commission is based on:
• Upfront PT package closes
• Recurring contract value closes
• Strong performers can benefit from progression-based commission growth
• Sales training and role play will be provided

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in gym sales, fitness sales, or high-touch client-facing sales
• Strong knowledge of fitness, training, and basic nutrition
• Presentable, well-groomed, and a decent physique that reflects an active lifestyle
• Confident communicator with a professional, persuasive approach
• Able to sell premium services with credibility and class
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
