We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Fixed Operations to oversee our organization's Service and Parts Departments. Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to departmental managers, promoting leadership development within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
