Fleet Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment. This role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, licensed, tracked, and utilized efficiently across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records for all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Schedule and track routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with the coordination of vehicle assignments and allocation across various project sites.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and generate fleet performance reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, garages, and internal departments for repairs, servicing, and procurement needs.
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and permits.
• Maintain documentation and support audits related to fleet operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• - Minimum 4years on fleet Administration
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, , or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet or logistics administration .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) , and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English .
• Ability to track maintenance ,Scheduled , and generate fleets report .
• Valid UAE driver’s license .
