You will join our team who look after the property and fleet vehicles of Worksafe, we have 18 offices from Whangarei to Invercargill and these vehicles support our highly mobile workforce.
O te turanga - About the role
Predominantly you will support the Manager Commercial and Property and the Fleet Lead by providing reporting and information as they need it. You will work with our kaimahi to be the point of contact to make sure our record keeping is kept accurate.
Ko tou ake mahi - What You'll Do
- Support the Operations group and work closely and be the backup to other coordinators in the wider Operations Group as needed.
- Be involved in the development of fleet supply contracts or any reviews needed
- Establish and maintain records, registers and reporting related to the fleet.
Ko nga pukenga ou - What You'll Bring
- Solid experience in business administration or logistics.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across the business that aid effective collaboration.
- Ability and demonstrated experience of working within and applying policy and contract requirements.
- Some understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and requirements.

Awhe utu - Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $64,890 to $84,996. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
