Fleet Coordinator

MACRO DISTRIBUTORS INC. - Cebu is currently looking for a Fleet Coordinator to be part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mechanics and chief mechanic in execution of the segment's deliverables.
• Ensures that timelines are being hit in all repairs and purchases
• Assigns staff mechanic to cover branch maintenance/ repairs and rescue.
• Ensures preventative and predictive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment
• Ensures mobile and stationary equipment for defects or required repairs
• Supervise others involved in maintenance tasks
• Maintain inventory control over equipment and supplies
• Oversee ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies
• Assist in risk management activities
• Perform other related duties

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Any relevant experience in Logistics or Transport operations is an advantage
• Experienced employee specializing in fleet management
• With sense of urgency and keen with details
• With entrepreneurial mindset in his/her decision making
• With wide networks of suppliers of automobile products
• Must have a basic knowledge of vehicle regulations and laws (e.g., registration, insurance).
