SUMMARY:

Assist in various departments throughout the Plant. This position will train and be expected to be proficient in several roles such as but not limited to Finishing Service, Finishing Service Lead, Shipping, Boxing, and Print Shop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists other service personnel with any issues that may arise.
• Ensures that work is available to production workers at start of every shift.
• Organizes and distributes work and priorities.
• Keeps work pulled to and from machines.
• Help with expediting orders.
• Audit packed orders for accuracy.
• Work in Dynamics 360 doing various tasks such as inventory adjustments, movement journals, receiving packaging, creating TRN’s, boxing pallets, etc.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for truck shipments.
• Working with PLM and printing labels.
• Adherent to company policies, including attendance and punctuality.
• Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.
• Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Good communication and human relation skills.
• Good work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to do medium weight work.
• Ability to adapt to changing daily needs.
