Movie Theater Team Member

As a Team Member, you are the face of our theater. You will assist management with day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service, ensuring a trustworthy and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities (The Two Operational Areas You'll Master)

Team Members are fully cross-trained and responsible for mastering the core functions of the theater, grouped into two key areas:

1. Front of House & Food Service

You will handle all guest transactions and manage the key revenue centers:

• Box Office / Ticketing: Efficiently process ticket sales, manage ticketing issues, and maintain a clean, welcoming front entrance area.
• Concessions / Kitchen: Serve a wide variety of snacks, beverages, and alcohol (where applicable). Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and inventory behind the counter.

2. Guest Services & Presentation

You will focus on the guest experience, flow, and cleanliness of the entire facility:

• Door / Concierge: Act as the primary greeter and flow manager. Proactively welcome guests, check tickets, and provide clear directions or assistance.
• Usher / Facility Care: Focus on the cleanliness and presentation of the auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, hallways, and exterior areas to maintain a premium environment for all guests.

What We're Looking For

• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—our busiest and most critical times.
• Personality: Energetic, outgoing, reliable, and genuinely excited about the movie industry and customer service.

Requirements & Documentation

• Ability to provide valid documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility (e.g., Valid Photo ID AND Social Security Card/Birth Certificate, OR a Valid Passport).
• If under the age of 18, a valid Worker's Permit is required.
• Must be able to provide checking or savings account information for mandatory direct deposit of paychecks.
