A bit about the role…

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Flooring Team at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing exception Customer Service to our Trade and DIY Customers
• Provide technical information and advice to our customers, ensuring they choose the right product for their project
• Maintain recommended stock levels within the department
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment

In addition, we are ideally seeking:

• Basic computer knowledge
• A good level of fitness as the position requires you to be on your feet for most of the day
• Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
