Florist Designer Manager In Training

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design [we will train the right candidate] and retail sales, with a knack for providing exceptional customer service. As a Florist Manager, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, managing inventory, team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and organizational skills with your other team members.

Duties

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory by ordering flowers and supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Promote E-commerce sales by managing online orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate and scheduling team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Skills

• Proficient in floral design techniques with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and all shop operations effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients and address their needs professionally.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with cash register operations and retail sales practices.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus.
