We’re looking for a Flower Processing Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves (pun intended) and help us deliver high-quality cannabis products with precision, speed, and a whole lot of pride.

What You’ll Do

• Weigh, portion, and package medical cannabis flower into approved containers — consistently and accurately.
  
• Hit production goals like a pro, keeping up with timelines and staying ahead of the curve.
  
• Keep it clean and compliant — follow all SOPs, quality standards, and state medical regulations.
  
• Log it all — batch records, cleaning logs, inventory sheets — accuracy matters here.
  
• Help maintain equipment, report issues, and make sure nothing slows down the workflow.
  
• Support your team and collaborate across departments to keep the production floor moving smoothly.
  
• Be flexible — schedules shift, priorities change, and every day is a little different (that’s part of the fun).

• A knack for following processes and doing things the right way — even when no one’s looking.
  
• A willingness to learn and grow in the cannabis industry.
  
• Physical endurance: standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), repetitive tasks — you’re good with it.
  
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a production, packaging, or manufacturing role before — but not required.
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in a Florida medical cannabis facility.

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old.
  
• Must meet all Florida state requirements to work in a medical cannabis facility.
  
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift and have weekend/holiday availability.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks on your feet for extended periods.
