Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: Hotel Woodstock, Ennis, Co. Clare
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and service are consistently high.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
• Support the F&B Manager in stock control, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Barista and/or bar experience an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
