We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a part of the diverse and exceptional Food & Beverage team to deliver reliably high standards of service with the individuality of your personality contributing to the team success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying times on shift work.
• Following the hotel’s service procedures and management instructions.
• Full product knowledge of all food and drinks menus, finding upselling opportunities to maximise hotel revenues.
• Using the POS system, taking orders, delivering food, clearing tables.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness of equipment and to all work areas.
• Demonstrate an efficient and courteous approach to guests and communicate in a warm, friendly manner.
• Recognise repeat customers and deliver personalised service accordingly.
