Food & Beverage Assistant

Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our highly successful team here in Marlin Dublin to work on Morning or Evening Shifts. Our Waiter/Waitress will support our Bar & Restaurant Team in the daily operation and to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded. We have Part Time and Full Time opportunities available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring guests have a positive experience in out outlets
• Taking ownership over a section
• Responsible for cleaning, opening and closing standards being adhered to
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food.
