Food & Beverage Assistant (Full-Time, Career-Focused)

We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional with a strong background in food service and customer care. The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in the daily operation of our restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure guests receive attentive, efficient, and professional service throughout their visit while maintaining high service standards and an elegant sequence of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service from arrival through to departure.
• Confidently present and recommend menus, specials, curated wines, cocktails, and our premium Irish whiskey collection.
• Support smooth food and beverage operations during peak periods, working closely with the kitchen and management teams.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members to maintain our high service standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all service areas.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years’ continuous experience in a Full Time premium food service or hospitality role.
• A deep understanding of restaurant service standards, guest care, and the sequence of service.
• A positive, guest-focused approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine interest in the sequence of food service and excellent service standards.
• As a permanent, core member of our team, you will have full, unrestricted availability throughout the year, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
