Food & Beverage Assistants

Charlies at the Towers, the Quay, Westport are currently recruiting Experienced Food & Beverage Assistants for our restaurant which is re-opening soon, after a short period of refurbishment.

If you have experience of working in a restaurant or hotel environment and are interested in joining the team, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Application Criteria:

• Applicants for bar service must have a minimum of 6 months exp. in a busy bar
• Applicants for Restaurant Floor and Food Service should ideally have some experience in a restaurant environment in a similar role
• Applicants must be available for day and evening shifts (Monday - Sunday) from mid-February onwards
• Excellent customer service and team working skills are required

Meals will be provided while on duty and flexible roster patterns can be accommodated for successful candidates. Food & Safety training will be provided as part of induction. Uniform will be provided.
