Waiter/Waitress

20-40 hour week contracts available

Ensuring the smooth running of our restaurants and outdoor venues whilst offering impeccable service to our guests is the prime focus for our waiting teams. Our teams create and ensure a close working relationship with one another, are willing to learn and have a true passion for sharing the ethos of the Estate with our guests.

Key Responsibilities

· To ensure the restaurant is impeccably set and that service throughout is faultless.

· Ensure the guest has the best possible experience, following steps of service.

· Taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages

· Ensure you have great menu knowledge, learning from team leaders, giving you confidence in your delivery.

· Willing to be flexible in different styles of service, such as private/outdoor dining.

· Maintain company representation, ensuring you always look impeccable.

Skills and Experience

· Previous experience in a Waiter/Waitress role is desirable but not essential

· Willingness to develop and grow

· Confidence in talking to others

· Good attention to detail

· Passion for food, beverage and luxury hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
