Food & Beverage Server

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the food industry.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food & beverage industry is required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is required.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service is highly valued.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
