We are launching a brand new Sushi outlet at Newcastle Airport and we need a rare hybrid leader with genuine culinary skills to run the show.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality sushi and sashimi with speed and precision
• Train and mentor your new staff to reach your high standards
• Keep the store spotless including dishwashing and sanitation
• Handle the rush of airport crowds with a smile and a plan
• Operate independently to ensure the business succeeds daily
• Maintain flawless hygiene records as the Food Safety Supervisor

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Hands-on experience preparing sushi and sashimi is non-negotiable
• Current Food Safety Supervisor qualification is a must
• A "can-do" attitude that isn't afraid of hard work or cleaning
• Proven history of supervising others in a retail food setting
• Flexible and reliable enough for airport shifts and transport
