The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards before serving.
• Assist servers by communicating any special requests or modifications made by guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu items and service protocols.
• Understanding of food handling and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• A background in hospitality or experience working in hotels or restaurants is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
