Food Server

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction:Greet guests, help them to their tables, present menus, and answer questions about menu items and specials.
• Order Management:Take food and beverage orders accurately, enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Food & Beverage Service:Serve prepared meals and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally to guests.
• Customer Satisfaction:Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied, handle complaints with patience, and offer dessert or coffee.
• Payment & Billing:Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Table Maintenance:Clear completed courses, reset tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments for new guests.
• Side Work & Cleaning:Perform side work as needed, such as rolling silverware, refilling condiments, and cleaning the dining area to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration:Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other servers to ensure smooth service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php700.00 per day
