Foreman/Workshop Manager - Steelworks / Welding / Fabrication Workshop

Foreman is required for busy Dublin workshop.

AM Steel is a company that specialises in light to medium structural steel, balustrades, staircases, balconies, mezzanine floors, gates/railings, stainless steel and bespoke products

Candidate must have own transport. Experience in this position not essential but preferable.

Responsibilities of successful candidate will include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, managing a team of highly skilled tradesmen, laborers, and apprentices to ensure high-quality standards
• Quality Control
• Scheduling and Coordination of live projects
• Liaise with clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Record Keeping
• Oversee Health and Safety Compliance
• Communicating with Suppliers
• Site Measuring
• Stock Control
• Assisting with Price Work
