Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team at Noyeks Newmans. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock stock and maintaining the warehouse. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the warehouse, providing product information and service.
• Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
• Manage stock levels and ensure products are well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Maintain best in class health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of timber and related products is an advantage.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
