We're on the lookout for a skilled forklift operator to join our dynamic team. At C&K Box, we specialize in crafting high-quality pallets, boxes, and crates, and we need someone experienced to ensure smooth operations in our production area. Your main responsibility will be maintaining the flow of materials across several stations, keeping them stocked and removing finished products for storage. While proficiency with a forklift is essential, this role is not confined solely to operating machinery. You'll also be involved in tasks like stamping and repairing pallets using basic tools like hammers and occasional nail guns. We value versatility, so you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of our operation, including hands-on involvement in pallet, box, and crate assembly when needed.

We're seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on multiple responsibilities. Experience with heavy equipment, such as loaders, is a significant advantage, especially as we also operate a mulch production facility.

Position: Forklift Operator
Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of forklift experience
• Willingness to perform diverse tasks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Comfortable working around multiple machines
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance record

Job Details:

• Full-time position with 40+ hours per week
• Monday to Thursday schedule (6:00 am - 4:30 pm) with optional overtime
• Paid holidays
• Benefits package available after 90 days
