Qualifications

• Strong background in construction estimating and pricing
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in project management within the construction industry
• Ability to analyze project specifications and budgets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates

Summary

In the role of Forman/Estimator, you will be instrumental in overseeing construction projects while providing accurate cost estimates. Reporting to the Project Manager, your core skills in construction estimating, pricing, and overall construction processes will be essential. You will leverage premium skills such as , negotiation, and project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise will contribute to effective resource allocation and client satisfaction, making you a vital part of our construction team dedicated to excellence and efficiency.
