What You’ll Do:

• Customer-Focused Service
• Greet customers and manage service orders in the drive lane
• Provide a smooth, professional service experience from start to finish
• Handle customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Concierge-Level Support
• Take ownership of the customer experience
• Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
• Technical & Advisory Support
• Assist customers with technical questions
• Clearly explain repair recommendations, options, and timelines
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure quality service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automotive service, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with CDK is a plus
• Well-groomed appearance and commitment to dealership standards and compliance
