Franchise Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• The Franchise Operations Specialist monitors the operations and growth of franchisees by developing and implement strategies to enhance franchise operations, collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards, and monitor sales performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Regularly visit and monitor franchise outlets.
• Execute strategies to increase franchise profitability.
• Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standard operating procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues:
• Franchise contract renewal;
• RTS-SPK availment;
• Re-training;
• Transfer of ownership;
• Ordering and delivery guidelines;
• Relocation; and
• Job order
• Provide an initial assessment to the franchisee’s proposed location before the ocular inspection of the Business Development Team.
• Attend and assist new franchisees during the grand opening.
• Submit a comprehensive report of food cart status in the assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications :

• College graduate with specialization in any of the following fields: Education, Training and Development, Marketing, or Operations Management
• At least 1 year experience in Operations Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
