As we expand our capabilities, we are implementing TaxDome, an automation software to enhance efficiency in our tax and accounting processes.

To ensure a seamless implementation, we are seeking an experienced TaxDome Expert to assist our team and provide guidance during the transition.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation of TaxDome, ensuring a smooth setup and integration with our existing workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, optimizing the tool for tax return automation and outsourced accounting.
• Train and support internal team members (Ravi and Sridhar) on using the platform effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges.
• Recommend workflow improvements to maximize efficiency using TaxDome’s features.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience implementing and working with TaxDome in a tax or accounting environment.
Deep understanding of TaxDome’s features, automation capabilities, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues.
Experience training teams on new software implementations, with excellent communication skills.
Availability for a short-term, project-based engagement with flexible hours.
